At RYVE, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to our products being consumables, we never reuse returned products that were delivered to customers. RYVE does not accept returns for received products, whether opened or unopened.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are available only under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery of Product:
- If the product was not received, and tracking information confirms non-delivery, RYVE will:

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
- RYVE is not responsible for undelivered orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Proof of Non-Delivery
- Tracking information will serve as proof for non-delivery claims.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Shipping Costs
- If a package is confirmed as not delivered based on tracking information, RYVE will cover the cost of shipping for a replacement.
- RYVE will not cover shipping costs if non-delivery is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RYVE is not liable for any mishandling or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
